The Winter Festival of Lights runs from November 15th, 2020 to January 10th, 2021. The displays are set up in wide open spaces, where it’s easy to walk or drive around and enjoy the lights while still maintaining a safe distance from those around you. Image credit: Winter Festival of Lights

Dufferin Islands

The Niagara Falls Illumination Board presents “Inspired by Nature”, a new illumination display showcasing colours and movements found in nature. The display features the breathtaking colours of a sunrise, the aurora borealis, a rainbow and a sunset. It will be a five-minute lighting display playing through three times on the half hour, beginning at 7:30 each evening, with additional displays at 8:30, 9:30, 10:30 and 11:30pm.
